2. Design Principles and Basis

  Taking "high starting point, high standards and strict demands" as design principles, backed by accumulated experience on system design and engineering implementation, based on scientific design principles, standards and specifications, this project has the quality of advancement, applicability and economical efficiency, which ensures the system to achieve world-class level.

1. Design principles of large-screen display system


(1) The principle of applicability
   Large-screen display system, as the important component of image and service publicity, should be practical and meet the needs of CIS image.
(2) The principle of conservation
  By taking full advantage of multiple subsystems of equipment, the system building fulfills the principle of doing more things by using less money and pursuits the most rational allocation and the highest possible performance-price ratio.

3. Design concept of large-screen display system


   Based on the careful analysis and research on the requirements of large-screen display system, while taking consideration of the following factors: advanced technology, reliability, performance-price ratio, upgrading expandability, our company put forth a design scheme which takes DLP large-screen display system with high-resolution and internet video transmission system as the main body. The following design ideas are embodied in this design scheme:
(1) System advancement
   Nowadays, in the projection display areas, it is a qualitative leap from analog circuit display to the all-digital display system. All systems we recommended, from DLP projector to control system, are digital, which presents the latest display and processing technology in the world. All-digital system is a clear sign of our recommended system.
  The DLPTM(digital optical processor) projector with DMDTM (digital micro-mirror driver chips) produced by TI company (Texas Instruments Company) of the United States is adopted in the system, which has special large-screen projection mechanism with high resolution, high brightness, better color reproduction and brightness output performance. It is the representative of the most advanced technology level of cabinet type projector. Today, DLP products have been applied and popularized throughout the world at rapid pace, and have achieved great success in domestic market.
   The large-screen display wall system management software developed by our company connects discrete subsystems as an organic whole by serial ports and IP parallel structures. C/S working mode is used in system software which stands a better chance to realize sub-control on network and centralized management of right limits. With the adoption of modular design in software system, the system has good advancement and expandability.

(6) Digital Control
????Color optimized compensation technology and accurate color digital control technology are used in circuit. The highest level of color balance and brightness balance are ensured in combined displays from the aspects of hardware and software. The following measurements can be done to each projection unit: image contrast, brightness, brightness balance, dark-balance, correction of bulb color and the choice of color temperature.
(7) The best screen splicing technology

The screen splicing has achieved excellent effect by using special materials and technology; we ensure that the splicing is less 1mm between screens in large-screen display system by taking construction into account factors and slot preparation for temperature difference.
